Daily activity for physical education classes.
Activity should be at least 20 minutes each day.
Variety of workouts are up to you.
Weightlifting , walking, jogging, swimming or an activity
that raises your heart rate for at least 20 minutes. Please exercise in a safe environment with no contact with others.
Five workouts per week. Monday – Sunday. Goal is to get the heart rate up. Simply record your workout in a notebook to verify that you have made the effort to maintain your physical fitness throughout the closure.
